Hampton Inn by Hilton Norwich

"Hampton inn had one of the top tier services I’ve experienced in Norwich hotels. With the pool/ jacuzzi, gym, breakfast in the morning, and their snack and beverage center. The employees are outstanding in delivering service to you at your stay at the hotel. I had a well rounded trip with plenty of rest thank you."

"Stayed here due to flooding in my area. It was nice to be able to bring my large 95lb boxer along. The staff was nice. Nothing really above or beyond, but nice, nonetheless. They have a descent breakfast included and although we didn’t go swimming at all the pool area did look pretty nice. The only wish I had was for better lighting in the room. The gym though was pretty nice. It had a fairly good amount of equipment. They also did have bags for doggy waste clean up. Overall, great stay & if needed, I would stay again and will recommend. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. Beds were neat, but definitely not the most comfortable. Still grateful we had a dry place to sleep and were able to bring our dog."

"Stayed overnight for a concert. It's a decent hotel and our room was clean. The beds are a bit hard and the pillows flat(I'd bring my own next time). We also had the same issue with the bathroom sliding doors being extremely hard to move. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Jim the shuttle bus driver."

"I was given a choice of freeway side or cemetery side, so I had a lovely view of the beautiful park-like cemetery next door. Room was clean, well-appointed, and very quiet. Did not hear a noise at all, not even from the hall. All amenities were very nice."
