"I've lived here going on 3 years, and have been very happy. The management works very hard to keep the residents happy and address any issues promptly. It is quiet and clean, and the amenities make life convenient, as does the location. Consider The Wauregan when looking to rent!"
"I've enjoyed my time at the Wauregan. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Any issues or repairs in my apartment are taken care of quickly. The community here is friendly and the building is quiet. Public areas are well maintained. I feel proud to live in such a historic Norwich building and hope to stay here for years to come."
"I've been here just over three months now and couldn't be happier! The building itself is well kept, as is the garage. In the rare instance maintenance was needed, Bobby was on top of it within the hour. Melissa has been super friendly to me and my family, and super helpful with whatever I need. My daughter loves the ice cream socials Melissa and Bobby put on, complete with ice cream man outfit!!! Lol!!!"
"I moved in here a couple months ago and all the staff are so kind and can't do enough to welcome you. It's so clean and well kept up. I love my Apartment and would recommend the Wauregan to anyone!"
"The Wauregan is a terribly run organization from the top down. They are extremely mis-managed and are your typical income-based housing property where they care more about their bottom line than the upkeep of their facilties. The parking garage is a paid-permit only parking area with 3 levels. Each of the levels is supposed to be protected with an access gate. Of the 3 levels only 1 level has a working access gate, so the parking that you’re paying a premium for ($35/month per vehicle) is being used by anyone and everyone because the access gates are non-existent, yet the property manager, Melissa, is audacious enough to randomly tow vehicles of her personal choosing. You’ll never see the vehicle of the local bar owner towed, or the vehicles of others she’s friendly with. So instead of fixing the gates, they continue to tow cars.. proving their own bottom line is more important than the long term commitment to the community."
