"Fantastic location near the casino. A great affordable alternative to staying at the casino directly. Many air bnb options! Great proximity to a golf course and spa amenities - walking distance. The spa offers a variety of services for a fee but pool and hot-tub access is free to guests. Primarily geared towards adults but this is family friendly! Quiet get away with a casino, golf course, spa, and restaurants near by."

"Our room/suite was very clean and updated. My friends and I had lunch at Ascot's, the food was great and the service was excellent. Our server was very attentive. The spa area was in my opinion dirty, over crowded and lack of luster. The ladies bathroom area was filthy, and lots of empty glasses piled around. It is very evident that the floors aren't mopped or cleaned very often from the bathroom floor picture below. The staff to guest ratio seems to be very off balance. Our massages were just ok. The hotel side of the weekend was great, but the spa portion we were not impressed."

"Stayed here near the end of December. It's charming on the surface, but there are a few things that dampened the experience. The smell of chlorine from the indoor pool permeates the hallways and elevator that leads to the rooms, so it's impossible to avoid. The furniture in our room had mysterious stains that I don't even want to think about. The vent in the bathroom looks like it hasn't been dusted in a decade despite being on a low ceiling. The bath fixture constantly popped when you moved even slightly like it wasn't installed correctly and the sink would close the plug with its running water, causing it to fill up immediately. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and the food was pretty good. I imagine the grounds are nice in the Summer too, but the cleanliness issues will keep me from considering this place in the future."

"Had great expectations going to eat there for the first time. Service is great, food not so much. It's not bad, but for the price you pay, it could have been better. Looking at the ambience and service we were thinking about visiting again, but after we tried our food, not so sure."

"This was my second trip to the spa and I was looking forward to revisiting Kensington's! I remembered the food and service being fantastic last year but this visit still exceeded expectations. We had Ed as our server both nights for dinner and he was truly exceptional. He was knowledgeable of the food, walked the perfect line of attentive while still allowing us to socialize without too many "check-ins." He's a class act and real pro. As is obvious, we adored him. The food was cooked perfectly with a beautiful presentation. I would give more than 5 stars if I could."
