"I've lived here for two years and will not be renewing me lease! BOTH Kim's in the office are nice at first, but turns out they are quite rude. I've never see such an unprofessional management team. They have taken away 1/3 of the parking spots when they repaved, so parking is super inconvenient. They send out threating emails weekly, And cars keep getting broken into yet their are no cameras. The pool rules/hours are ridiculous, and also change weekly. They raise rent every year and it's not worth it at all especially for the small size. Good luck if u have up stairs neighbors, you can hear EVERYTHING. Definitely don't recommend!"

"I'm shocked an appalled to see so many 1 star ratings for Rose Hill Estates. My fiancé and I are nearing our 3 year mark and the staff at Rose Hill have been nothing but kind to us. Paying our monthly bill online has been super quick and easy. As far as maintenance, if anyone had any issues with that, then it must be for other reasons. Any time I needed something fixed, maintenance had it fixed within 24 hours, if not sooner. If it was something that needed a little more time, they made sure to communicate with me about this (this happened *once* when my fridge wasn't cooling, they replaced my fridge but it took a little longer than expected but they got it done!). My only complaint is with disrespectful neighbors, and this is not the fault of the staff. Unfortunately, this is common when renting in a community versus a single family home. However, I could not have asked for a better staff to help me live my best life here at Rose Hill. I am now venturing into the world of home ownership soon and I am incredibly sad to leave such a great complex, but excited to see what the future brings. Rest assured, if homeownership doesn't work out, I will 1000000% be renting from Rose Hill again!"

"Not even worth one star, my family lived in this apartment for three years now. One month before I got renew paper from office then I signed the paper and returned to the office after a couple minutes the manager assist she call me and then asked me. Do you want to stay here again? I thought you were not happy here because you didn’t take off one star which you left before on Google review then why are you still stay here. Then she hanged up the phone. and then she said have a nice day. Wishing me my good day into a bad day. And then my sink got clogged up and then I called the office to get it fixed and then she said it was no big deal, the manager and her assist Look down my family because I have a different looks，"

"I deeply regret choosing to apply to live in Rose Hill Estate. This decision turned out to be the worst one I made this year. The management of this place is extremely poor. Their website is dysfunctional and can lead to lost payments and wasted time. Despite being aware of these issues, they have failed to take any steps to rectify them, which is highly disappointing. Furthermore, during the application process, my husband and I felt that we were treated unfairly. We suspect a hint of racism, as they denied our application based on a misunderstanding about my husband's citizenship status. We firmly believe in the fairness of America and hope that this matter is thoroughly investigated. I'm not the only one who has faced such problems with this company, and I intend to closely monitor the situation. It's essential that such issues are addressed promptly and justly.
