Norwich Apartments

"Absolutely horrible management. JUST TERRIBLE. Not enough parking, car gets tow if you park on the side, which you have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it back, in this economy they are doing that to people who already lives in low income housing. The maintenance workers are completely out of control and on a power trip. one of them even wears a blue lives matter hat, I don’t understand how that’s even appropriate for you to wear at work. They enter ur house how ever they want and be as loud as they want. Have roach problems that never goes away for majority of the apartments. The office does not care about your concerns, just your pay checks. they will argue with you instead of trying to listen and help the people who live there. Even if something is broken in the house that had nothing to do with your control, they will still charge you. If you have nowhere else to go, then yeah I get it here is affordable, but this place should honestly be your plan Z of places to live. Management here is just disgusting, rude, ignorant, and bully the people who lives here."
