"Apartment building perfect Maintenance team perfect Snow and cleanness perfect Taking out two stars because of third class and even worse than worst Laundry Service. Management doesn’t monitor/inspect the laundry because they have put some contact number on it and they don’t even care or respond most of the time. Also there are just 2 machines and 2 dryers between 12 apartments."

"My husband and I lived in the Willowbrook apartments with our son for two years and couldn’t have had a better experience. Maintenance was always on top of lawn care/ anything we needed fixed right away. It was such a cute setup, very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located and extremely affordable for young parents saving for a house. If you’re looking for a great well kept home, this is it!"

"This is a great place to live. The rent is affordable, heat and hot water is included and there's a really nice trail right behind the apartment buildings. Additionally after my first year, they did not raise the rent at all and it stayed the same price. They also compete maintenance requests really quick. Definitely recommend living here!"

"I use to live here when I was between the ages of six & seven which was back in 1981/1982 with my mom & younger brother & what I can remember it was a nice place to live & had many good & bad times there also had many friends that was close to my age that also lived here as well. "I lived here for 2 years. Great place! The location is great as I have easy access to the highway and local shops and restaurants. The staff has been nothing but great whenever I needed something from them. Neighborhood is quite and I can’t even hear my neighbors through the walls. Having heat and hot water included is amazing. The property is maintained all year round from snow removal to spring time plants and flowers."
