"My fiancé and I just signed our lease for the 3rd year in a row here at Briar Knoll. The staff is incredibly nice and maintenance are always willing to help! We love the fact that there is a dog park here and we love how close to the highway we are for our commute to work. You couldn’t ask to live in a better area, with all the restaurants near by, and the gym being walking distance! Our 2 dogs love taking walks around the complex and the nearby walking trails. We will always recommend living here to people we know."

"We've been living here for about half a year now, and we're enjoying it! It was a relief to find a pet friendly place with reasonable prices in such a convenient location (Aldi across the street and Planet Fitness mere steps away). The staff are friendly and always working to keep the apartments and associated spaces clean and maintained (love the flowers in the summer/fall!). The separate dog area (fenced in) is a great amenity and the walking trail near the small pond on the property is a nice aspect of living here. In the warm months, the pool is nice to cool off and it's centrally located so accessible Even though there are not laundry machines in the units, there are three laundry rooms throughout the property. Small downside that the machines are older and don't work as well as newer appliances, and you have to pay to use them, but compared to local laundromats, the prices are cheaper. Wish you could use quarters or debit/credit cards (only cash is accepted) to load up your laundry card, but other than that it's nice to have access to laundry on the property. Overall, we've enjoyed living here so far!"
