A very thorough lease agreement makes it clear what’s provided and expected, easy enough. It’s just a really nice place to live."

"The apartment complex in East Windsor is nice and quiet, with easy access to Walmart, bigy, a gas station, and the highway around the corner. The exterior landscaping is also kept in great shape. Landlord is nice and pleasant, gives plenty of notice for maintenance like upgrading the windows throughout the building, and does a great job with the place!"
