"This place has been so good to me that I've lived here on two separate occasions. The neighbors are usually great and when they aren't, the staff usually address it pretty quickly. Trish, Joey and the rest of the team are outstanding and respond quickly to issues and have always treated me great."

"We have lived at Countrywood Apts for 20 years. We love the convenience of Rt 83 and set back from the road and have met some very nice people. The staff here is very friendly. Maintenance takes care of what is needed within a reasonable amount of time. We have been very pleased with both the Office Staff and Maintenance with our concerns or issues. There are always going to be issues but….. The only thing is I truly believe security cameras should be installed for the tenant’s protection and we do miss the pool. It’s nice that people are planting flowers and gardens and love seeing all the gardens and decorations during my walks."

"It's very quiet. Probably the most attractive feature aside from heat and hot water included. However, after 3 years I'm considering leaving because they've raised the rent each year. It's now $100 more per month than when I moved in. If they want long term tenants, they should consider not raising the rent on single income households. Pool is open for part of the day, part of the year... Parking lot has unassigned parking, but is also unmonitored. Plenty of parking however. Pay to use laundry... I'm sure I can find somewhere else asking less per month though. They also accept housing assistance for section 8. I however don't qualify... If you do, this place is perfect. Again, my negative is the rental amount... I can't truly argue with anything else... I would rate them higher if they didn't raise my rent...even once in the past 3 years. I will miss it."
