"Had a great experience when I lived there. Anything needed was done in a timely manner. It was very quiet and the grounds were kept nice looking!"

"Be careful before paying for an application. Make sure you confirm with staff that there could be possible vacancies before you apply. When I called, I was very clear about my possible move in dates and was told "just apply online." Immediately after I applied and paid $100, they said no units would be available until months after my move in date, which was already 3 months in the future. I had to threaten to dispute the charge on my credit card in order to get my money back. Giving two stars instead of one since they refunded me."

"I loved living here. The larger 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for two people. The rent was affordable and maintenance was promt and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and there are nice trails near by. They allowed me to have my emotional support dog without any hassle."

"As a person who has lived in 2 of their apartments (Willow brook 1- bedroom and 2-bedroom), I can say it is great. The price is completely reasonable and the quality is really good. The apartments are very clean. The appliance are in a good condition although they may not be super new! The maintenance team come really quick whenever you have a problem. The online portal makes it even easier to request a service, paying the rent and communicating with other residents. It is also worth to mention that you can find a very beautiful trail (Vernon Rail-to-Trails) near the Willow brook apartments. Good for walking, jogging, running and biking! Finally, the office people are amazingly nice. To wrap it up, I highly recommend Mount Vernon and Willow brook Apartments."

"I only moved out to buy a house of my own, but I would have surely stayed. The price for what you get is amazing. The apartment was SPOTLESS when I moved in. The bedroom was huge, the kitchen was adorable, and the storage unit was super handy for boxes and out of season items. It was relatively safe and really close to Manchester shopping. My only complaint were the spiders that got into the unit and downstairs in the laundry area (which wasn't MV fault). They were huge. But I absolutely LOVED living here!!"
