"I lived at Ledgecrest apts. Forty nine years ago, at that time the apt. Manager lived in the building with everyone, I had some problems with the neighbors up stairs, making too much noise. I also had a bigger problem with COCKROACHS, they were every where, their favorite place to hang out was my kitchen. In the end I just moved out, By the way, It only took me about 26 months to get my apt. security deposit back, the only way that happened was to write a letter of complaint to the HUD people in Washington D.C."

"I been here 4 years This place never upgrades they never have inspection and they don’t keep up there apartments there are several leaks and they are always having mold in there apartments. Everyone that I knew that lived here had to move out because they were either getting sick of the mold or they are not keeping the building up. Melissa is supposedly a cleaner there and works for the office but she talks about everyone’s business she never cleans. The only times she does clean is when there is someone new moving in on that floor. They are horrible. Don’t rent here. They constantly have leaks and they don’t keep up there apartments or the outside of them. Dee at the main office is very disrespectful she Always has an attitude and she looks like a man. She thinks that it’s okay to have a nasty attitude and look the way she does. Kelly is ? Idk about her she is just like the rest of them. Don’t speak to Melissa or Dee they are both rude and a lier"

"Don't even bother. Harvest properties is too difficult to get ahold of and they take advantage of your time. They schedule viewings and then don't even show up. They truly do not care for helping perspective renters."

"Had friends and family live here. Its not up to code and needs inspection & investigation. Unhealthy conditions along with unsafe conditions. Land lord cares more for gossip than their job. Dont live here if nothing has been done to correct the current situation."

"Worst place to move into place is dirty the parking lot is a mess it's on a steep hill so u would think they'll keep up with it when snowed but they don't. my car was hit 3 times while I lived then when u walk in the building it smells of cat urine, rotted food and cigarettes Melissa the property manager is the worst instead of taking care of the property she's too busy and everybody's business gossiping this place needs to be investigated please do not move here"
