"I spent almost 7 years staying at Stepny Place apartment in Rocky Hill. I am giving 5 stars because they have excellent service, they change your AC stoves and all on urgent basis and office staffs are really very helpful. Even you call them on weekends and night time, they generally come to see your problem at same time. Sai Indian store, Aldi and Walmart are on walking distance."

"I have been living in Stepny for little over 2yrs. This place has amazing people from leasing office (Office and Maintenance Team) . All the apartments are well maintained and looked after. I would like to give 6 star sadly only 5 are available."

"I had lived there for almost 5 years. First I was in 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment and then moved to 1 bed 1 bath. Overall had good experience. Below are few aspects based on which I'd rate, 1. Location - 8/10 [walk-able distance to nearby stores] 2. Rent - 6/10 [Bit on the higher side for the amenities provided] 3. Apartment amenities - 5/10 [doesn't have washer/dryer in unit nor have balcony. Also appliances are old in some of the units] 4. Community Facilities - 5/10 [Small Gym at the basement with limited/basic equipment and no free weights, Swimming Pool is shared with neighboring community (may be under same management)] 5. Management - 7/10 [Friendly staffs, quick response time to service requests most of the occasions]"

"I lived at Stepny Place for 8 years. Overall it was a great experience. I moved into an apartment that had just been renovated so it was like moving into a brand new place. Over the 8 years management was always very helpful and was quick to respond to an email or a maintenance request. The location is great, close to everything!"

"Stayed her for only 6 Months and great thing here is I moved out one month early before my lease completes and as per policy I paid that month rent as well and the unexpected thing is they refunded back that full amount to me which never happened in any community. Really loved this place which is near to all the localities and good leasing staff members. If I move back to Connecticut anytime, this will be my first preference to move in again."
