"Moving in was seamless and easy. The entire process was very transparent from beginning to end. Communications from the leasing office (we dealt with Stephanie) was always prompt and very clear. She was very helpful and we enjoyed her service. We love our new place and our neighbors are very nice and accommodating. One of our AC units didn't pass the move in inspection, and 3 days later maintenance brought us a brand new one. Thank you Forest Park for our new home!"

"Hi, first off I greatly enjoy my stay at forest park. Rocky hill overall is pretty pleasant place to live, especially coming from a big city if slow and quiet is what your looking for. Forest park for me seem to do great for my family experience but you will encounter retired and/or single folks. If you have a family this can create problem with the noise expectations, you’ll hear often that the wall are paper thin, so it’s not unusual to hear another unit conversation. Forest park management however have been understanding in this factor. One of the cons I do have about forest park is the key issue. Maintenance has a master key of everyone unit for emergency but it’s also used for common prevent maintenance. There the issue of them not knocking before entering, so you give up that level of control over who enter your home. Property management has been ok with notifying us before hand but there times where there no notifications. Outside these there no real complaints, my family enjoy I stay here at forest park."

"I have only lived here and few months. I don't know what it's like here yet in the summer with the noise. So I can't speak on that yet! One thing I can say about this place is the walls are super thin! You hear everything! It's annoying. Your neighbor's TV sounds as if they are watching tv in your apartment! Every step, every door opening you hear it all!
