"The location is great, easy travel in any direction, and has good amenities such as the 2 indoor/outdoor pools and gym, nice walking trails. Just wish they maintained the property like they used to and held the bad tenants accountable for trashing the place. Lived there for 13 years, never were the carpets in the hallway cleaned or replaced or walls painted when they’re filthy. Has serious ant problems. Tenants trash the common areas and leave their toys and bikes outside. This was a beautiful complex several years ago but is no longer properly maintained."

"Lived here for 3 years - new management is absolutely atrocious. They denied my service dog literally that was being trained for me from service dogs of America because it was a “dog free apt” (hello illegal) yet the couple right next to us had a pit bull they would do nothing about. It came time to renew our lease we get a letter saying we can renew. Went down to the office and are told they are kicking us out to renovate. No other apartments in other buildings available. Awful management 100% - not worth living here."

"The property manager has changed and i am glad they did it. The new manager is considerable to the tenants and comes with a great experience. Gary is very prompt on communication. The maintenance staff is amazing and Giovanni Torres is a very hard working guy who ensures problems are fixed immediately. I hope they maintain this and start getting better reviews."

"Lived her for just under a year (bought a house) so I can’t speak to rent increases. Management was fine and I didn’t need to really interact with them much. The apartment is fairly dated but for the price you get what you pay for. Had a few items break and needed fixing IE trash disposal, heating went down twice, and bathroom repair. Pros -cheap 2 bedroom option -great location -nice walking trails -my apartment had a nice view -laundry machines are app operated VS coins -move in/out process was easy. Got most of my down deposit back but due to breaking the lease, we had to pay for supplies -gym was clean most days; pools seemed clean but I never used them Cons -useless upgrades just to save money - they changed my shower head to be save money which reduced the water pressure significantly p -one set of neighbors were absolutely terrible and rude. Constantly screaming at their kids and staring -children playing in the parking lot constantly; this is extremely unsafe Overall, this apartment complex isn’t terrible but don’t expect world class treatment."
