"We came for a weekend getaway to Hartford. This hotel was not far from heart of Hartford. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The service and staffs were wonderful. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much!!!!"

"Really nice experience here. We had to book a last minute room late at night and the girl at the service desk was very polite and understanding. Our room was clean, the whole place had a very nice and cleanly feel to it. I would stay here again."

"Thought this was a little bit nicer of a place to stay.. Under renovations, wished we knew prior. Rooms weren't the cleanest. Old man across the hall was screaming in the halls (not sure what was happening) No tub stop to bathe a child (Asked and received dumb answer from employee) No exhaust fan in bathroom (was like a steam room after we all showered) No hair dryer (thought this was standard) Some outlets didn't work to charge phones. Overall disappointed and lesson learned to pass next time we're in the state visiting family."

"Property is very good but the management is poor. I booked room with my corporate rate and when I checked in they declined the booking with corporate rate and bumped up the rate as it was a busy week for them. Zero integrity! Hope they do business with some honesty! EDIT: Hotel owner says they have all the rights to manage the rates. Yes, they have all the rights and do blackout periods as you want, but not after committing a rate when booking was said to be "confirmed". No need to teach revenue management and that is where you abide what you have committed."
