"One of the worst places I have ever lived in, broken elevators, exterior parts of the building falling apart, Poor security anyone can get in your building doors left open. They advertise pool and Jacuzzi, but always under maintenance and closed, fire alarm always goes off early morning never an explanation, staff never answers calls or follow up on tickets or maintenance issues, You will often see garbage and random debris in your hallways, I have mentioned to them in person about vomit in the stairwell, never got cleaned Disgusting and a horrible place to live look else The only Pro I can give this apartment is The structure it’s concrete, so you barely hear anything or your neighbors"
"5/6/23 Roy head of maintenance was at my apartment A104 to fix some electrical issues I had, great guy , took care of everything i asked and was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. Very Happy Tenant Great place clean friendly staff a few minor issues nothing major getting Amazon deliveries is tough after 5:00 p.m. and the weekends the package set up is a little weird but the grounds are beautiful the pools are awesome the fitness center is great but the game room closes when the staff leaves Excellent service 1_24/24"
"I wrote this review earlier but forgot to post it. Back then, the average score for this place was 2.9. Today, on 01/09/2024, the score stands at an impressive 2.6, which is still a bit too generous. A noticeable trend of 5-star reviews from single-review users casts doubt on their authenticity making to believe that the actual score is much lower. My stay was marred by numerous issues: the pool and hot tub were often out of order, the roads were riddled with potholes, and online work orders were routinely ignored or delayed for weeks. Personal visits to the leasing office were required to get any response, and even then, staff would arrive late in the day, visibly frustrated due to the burden of having to work after 4:00 pm. The AC was barely functional during heatwaves, leading to $300 monthly bills. All water bills were suspiciously close to $150 regardless of the number of days we actually used it. The garbage chute was frequently clogged, leaving the litter room in a persistently filthy and smelly state. Additionally, a leaking ceiling towards the end of my stay was the final straw, as the issue remained unresolved by the plumbers. These experiences significantly impacted on my stay and lead me to strongly advise potential residents to look elsewhere."
"Absolutely awful complex DO NOT MOVE HERE. Let entirely alone the fact that 50% of the apartment complex’s “amenities” are broken with no intent to ever fix, the staff and maintenance are non existent. There has been dog poop on the floor by the elevators in my building for over a month. I have gone twice to the staff to ask them to have it cleaned and even told them I’d do it myself if they let me use supplies and they said it would happen immediately both times. It’s still there. I’ve had a maintenance ticket to get the blinds in my apartment fixed for two and a half week and haven’t even heard back about it. The trash shoot rooms are always full of junk and smell absolutely awful. There was mold in the bathrooms and sinks, and every hinge and slider for any cabinet or sliding door in the apartment was either broken or jammed. The laundry machines cost almost 3 dollars a load and don’t actually dry the clothes even with only a few items of clothing in there. This place would only be worth it if you were paying $300-500 a month. I can tell you for CERTAIN we will be leaving the moment our lease comes up. Please for your own sanity do not live here. There are better places that cost the same within 10 minutes. Edit: I would like to add that it has been over a month, the dog poop is still there and has since added a pee puddle. I’ve added the state of the mailroom, from which I’ve already had 2 packages stolen and I haven’t even been here 3 months. This place is a dumpster fire. For your own sanity go literally anywhere else."
"So we have been here for years and when we first came, everything was fine. However, the last year or 2 have been horrible. I have these pictures to show the current state of our AC. We have had it looked at 4 times and still has issues. We had to turn it off months ago (in the middle of the summer) because it made sparking noises, smelled like smoke, and would ultimately start flooding our closet once turned off. The only good thing about this place is Roy the maintenance guy who tried to help a couple times but can’t do anything with outdated equipment. We have had people try to knock in our door multiple times as well and there is constant sprinting up and down the halls at all hours of the night. Also our rent has gone up $500 since we moved in with nothing to show for it and “new fees” tossed in. I don’t usually leave reviews, but hard pass if you plan to live here."
