"The place is good, maintenance is good, people around you are good. The only problem is security for cars our car tires got stolen in summer 2023 today 2024 Jan our car got stolen along with another car. Office confirmed that they will install a gate after the first incident summer 2023, but till now they aren't. Because of their negelence lot of car, theft is happening here."

"The management and maintenance crew are excellent. My only complaint are the many children making noise and running through the hallways. Every day it sounds like a kids party outside my door."

"Apartment is good and maintenance is good as well, but ZERO Safety especially for your cars. In last couple of months, couple of cars lost all it's wheels, a car got stolen, a car was vandalized. It has become a hub for car thieves, and when they renew the lease they raise the rent to 100+$, very expensive and insecured place to live in"

"I’m in my 4th year here, haven’t dealt with the office staff much since move in but the few times I’ve put in maintenance tickets Dan and/or Ray usually investigated the same day and resolved the issues quickly as well. I’m on the fourth floor so can’t speak to the sound insulation of the floors but the walls do a good job providing sound insulation. One of my adjoining neighbors has a kid and I can occasionally hear exclamations and thuds from playing but it’s not overly bothersome. Neighbors are pleasant but mostly keep to themselves. They do regular pest inspections with traps and preventative treatments, I once saw a mouse in the hall and have seen a single cockroach in my kitchen so there is certainly not a pest “problem” here. Possibly my favorite aspect of the complex is the ample parking. There are plenty of spots covered (for a small monthly fee) and uncovered for residents and guests. The parking stalls are also a generous width so there is little danger of dinged doors unlike I’ve seen in some other complexes. Rent increases are also very reasonable and the cost is a good value for what you get."

"Stayed here for about 3 month in the beg8ning of 2022 after moving from out of state. By far the best apartment complex I've lived in. The only thing that they need to work on though is who they hire for snow removal. Other than that, rent is not bad at all for what you're paying for, rooms are in decent shape, decent maintenance staff and great front desk staff. If we did not buy a house we'd still be living here"
