"First and foremost, the property managers' complete disregard for tenant safety is absolutely outrageous. Despite multiple police reports filed regarding theft incidents, it appears that these reports are being swept under the rug. The property managers have shown a stunning level of indifference by consistently ignoring our emails, leaving us feeling neglected and vulnerable. To make matters worse, when law enforcement agencies have requested access to the camera footage for investigation purposes, the property managers have outright refused to provide it. This blatant refusal to cooperate with the authorities not only undermines our safety but also raises serious questions about the integrity and transparency of the management team. As paying tenants, we deserve to feel secure and supported in our living environment. However, the neglect and lack of responsiveness displayed by the Strauss Adler Building management have shattered any sense of trust and confidence we might have had. It is deeply disheartening to see a building that was supposed to be our home turn into a den of negligence and apathy. I strongly urge prospective tenants to think twice before considering the Strauss Adler Building as their place of residence. The disregard for tenant safety, the unresponsiveness to legitimate concerns, and the refusal to cooperate with law enforcement highlight a deeply flawed management approach that prioritizes profits over people."

"900 Chapel Street Residence Court 108 is by far the worst place I’ve lived. This place has horrible plumbing so every major storm there is a risk of flooding because the pipes in the building can’t handle the water. We weren’t told until after we moved in by front desk that the people who lived in our apartment moved out because their apartment had flooded. They replaced the floor boards but they are still coming up in certain places and have still not fixed them. We’ve had two separate ceiling leaks in two different areas, sewage coming up in our bath tubs and our floors being soaked. I wouldn’t recommend living in this building to anyone."

"I can't stress enough that you should NOT ever do business with this rental grift. As soon as you sign your lease, you are on your own for any and all maintenance. Requests go unanswered and when you can get someone on the phone they literally scream at you like you are at fault for wanting to live in a safe environment. I firmly believe that PMC, corporately as well as I tried contacting their HQ, has been completely staffed by people with zero empathy, zero critical thinking skills, and zero ability to complete the simplest of tasks. Genuinely horrible people. Only move into this space if you are actively attempting to make your own life miserable."

"This might just help someone. There’s nothing more draining than living in an apartment with multiple issues. The attached pics are from my flooded apartment. No one is gonna tell you this. Flooding is just one of the many problems I’ve encountered living here. Your car would get towed from your assigned parking spot even if your parking permit accidentally drops off. And guess what! The management would reiterate that you signed a parking agreement allowing them to tow your car. I think what makes it more overwhelming is the lackadaisical attitude of the staff. Calls are barely picked, emails are ignored. The only staff who shows some level of concern (Jena) can’t really do much. When you go to the office in-person, you would be the told the property manager comes late or doesn’t come at all.. So it’s just frustrating to live here. I wonder what the investors think about this. Save your money, go elsewhere. The stench from the hallway is disturbing, garbage room is packed/dirty. There’s almost nothing positive about living here. Packages get delivered elsewhere. Package room is disastrous. This building should be permanently closed!"

"Their business model is to rip you off. I moved out early and paid rent on an empty apartment for two months and they charged me a $500 fee for giving them the keys back early."
