Public message to all hotels, including this one! -> Please expedite the check in process - you know who's coming - This has to be simplified."

"Hotel is very nice and rooms are modern. But the Restaurant / Bar is extremely quiet, TVs on weather channel, No sound. Awkward with 5 people sitting at the bar eating and drinking. Was told that the bar is not allowed to control sound or what's on. Other than a silent lounge / restaurant, very nice hotel."

"Enjoyed my stay here. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute, but cozy. So not too much space, but enough for me and my dog. The beds were comfortable, but not the pillows. I loved the size of the TV and the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. The Parking fee is high and I wish the restaurant had more food options. Would recommend."

"The service at the this hotel is on point! Cheers to Abby and Jose for taking the time to ensure my needs were met! The restaurant food was very good, drinks were excellent as was the beer selection. Managerial staff was kind, professional and approachable. Lobby lounge is gorgeous and comfortable. Rooms are clean and well designed (although choice hotels forgot sound proofing so expect some neighborly noise). Gym was incredible - equipment was well chosen and expensive (they didn’t not compromise!!). Overall terrific place to stay - walkable to Smilow cancer center and all that downtown offers. Cheers to great leadership and an incredible staff!"
