"Excellent service and great shoes!!!!! I have had a pair of these shoes for a bit over a year and wear them everyday for work and although I’m sure I can get another year out of them I decided to check out something new. It’s very hard for me to buy shoes and actually have them comfortable for a whole day especially at work The staff explained to me about my new shoes and how these would be the right fit for me it’s so good to have staff who are knowledgeable in their products ( also the same staff member as the first pair of shoes I bought a year prior served me so it’s great to see an excellent team staying together even through tough times ) congratulations Sketches on the great job you have done in your team at Warringah Mall!!!!"

"Check out how bad the people are. They called the security on me cause I wanted to talk a but warranties with there $120 thongs that lasted less than 6mths hardly worn. Security talked to them about how they escalated the problem by provoking me and videoing me. Worse Manager of a business I've ever come across. Don't buy from this store is my recommendation. Or read the other reviews. Tells it all"

"It's flummoxing that staff would argue with a customer over something so minute as QR check ins. Where is the liberty in allowing people to check in if they so choose, as is required by NSW Health? It is almost ironic that two days after being in this store and having a staff member *argue* with me about the necessity of checking in, that I would become a close contact. Guess if I do end up being positive, the one female staff member working on Friday morning will never know, (maybe that's how they can continue to pretend that they are safe). It is sad that the state government has to enforce small measures to keep people safe, because businesses like this will not do it by choice."

"Worst staff working today 11/10/2021. All young girls disinterested in their job. Obviously out of practice from being off work during covid lockdown. I will never shop there again and will be letting people know of my experience. The staff cause arguments between customers by serving people that enter the store after others have been waiting in the store for long periods with children to be served. I walked out without making a purchase."
