"Wife went to purchase a couple of things. When she was about to pay for the items at the counter, staff member named Karen (actual name ) told her she can’t pay for the items in cash unless she was a member! Absolute rubbish! Wife paid with a card and left. I have never heard of such a law in Australia and head office needs to look at retraining their staff. I was quite annoyed so I pulled them up on this and was told that the tills had no cash. So instead of being prepared for a sales day with enough cash in the registers, they chose to lie to customers with a ridiculous made up rule. Great blueprint on how to lose customers."

"I have been into this store twice and won't bother going back. On the first occasion I was looking for some assistance but the 2 sales assistants were too busy talking about a customer who had just left the store, so I left. I couldn't believe when I went back last Saturday and the 2 sales assistants were too busy talking about a work colleague that I don't think they even knew I was there. I won't bother going back to this store."
