"I was at this location trying on some new shoes when one of the workers that was helping me told me that I should go on a jog to test them out. The jog was going well, until I got closer towards the door when another staff speare tackled me to the ground. I yelled at him "what are you doing" and he replied to me saying "just doing my job". this act of what he thought was bravery should be acted upon as it is bad."

"Big thanks to Liam H from shoes section and the the woman on the front far left register near the exit for sorting out the exchange around 2:09pm June 15. Shopped here a day ago and Staff Kai assisted me on some nike running shoes. I asked for a size 11 and 11.5 on a couple of shoes, he only brought me size 11s and then said they were “out of stock of 11.5s” I quickly tried them on and the nike react infinity 3 felt alright so bought them $230 Next day about to go for a walk tried them again now with the socks I use for working out and it didn’t feel good.. 11.5s would have been the ones I need so I Checked the website brookvale specifically and saw that you guys had the 11.5s! I went back and Liam H came to assist, I asked him the size I want and he came out with it. Told him that yesterday Kai said there were No 11.5s in stock. We both got confused about it and it made me feel that Kai didn’t bother to check or wanted to grab them maybe because I asked a couple of shoe sizes to try.. maybe accidentally missed it? But I’m still confused on that. Would have been a lower rating from Kai but thanks again to the other 2 staffs mentioned above for helping me out today."
