"I love Decjuba clothing, the denim is fantastic quality and I have had my parka jacket for 3 or 4 years and it still looks brand new. HOWEVER, the customer service I have received at the Warringah Mall (Brookvale, NSW) store on several occassions is nothing short of appalling. I went in on the weekend to try on jeans and not once was I acknowledged by one of the sales assistants. The shop was pretty busy and the change rooms were full but the two sales assistants were both standing behind the cash register having a loud, personal conversation, not helping any customers at all. I got the jeans I wanted to try on (two sizes in two style each), tried them on and then put them back on the tables myself when I was done as I did not want to disturb the sales assistants by going to purchase them at the register. I will instead buy them online. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had a negative shopping experience at the Warringah Mall store, most times I have not been acknowledged by a member of staff. The online shopping experience also leaves a bit to be desired. No refund or exchange on sale items is a bit harsh when you are unable to try them on before purchase, even a credit note would be better than nothing. Also not being able to return Afterpay purchases in store is behind the times. Even Kmart offers in-store Afterpay and Afterpay returns!! The saving grace for this review and the reason behind three stars is because I do really like the clothes and have never had any quality issues. If the review was based on customer service alone, Decjuba would struggle to get one star. I don't normally leave reviews and I hate being negative, however, I felt compelled to after leaving the store feeling rather deflated on Saturday. It is almost enough for me to consider looking elsewhere for jeans."

"No wonder why this shop never has customers. Absolutely appalling customer service. I walked in today and there was two girls working. They don’t even greet you or say hi. They just awkwardly stare at you and carry on laughing and chatting together. Never in my life I have ever felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave the store as soon as possible. Never will be shopping there. This brand has a terrible reputation just by those two girls working today. The general manager needs to fix this and this terrible customer service if they want customers. Never coming here again lol!"

"Staff are so lovely. It seems like a small gesture, but one of the assistants noticed I had a pram and kindly asked another customer to change rooms so I could fit the pram in. Very thoughtful. I'll be heading back there to shop more."
