"Stay away from them, customer service is non-existence. My gift card has an expiry date in Oct 2022 written on it by the store assistance but when I tried to use it recently they told me it expired in Oct 2021. When I chat with online customer service she refused to help or reinstated even it was a mistake from their end. She repeatedly asked me to the read the terms and conditions online like a robot. I will file a complaint with ACCC for misleading customer and not taking responsibility for the mistake they’ve made!"
"Love Lorna Jane so much however this past couple of times I’ve gone in there I’ve been completely ignored. No asking if I need any help or even just a hello. 2 ladies working there 1 on phone and one just on computer. Also walked past on multiple occasions and the store is closed. Not sure if they were on a break or closed - no sign on door as when they will be returning."
