"I visited the warringah mall store today to buy an outfit for christmas lunch. I was in the store for almost 45 minutes and didn't get approached or spoken to once despite the store not being busy. I picked out approx 10 items, approached a staff member to ask to use the change room and she said sure. I tried on everything. No one came to see if I needed help, had to go onto the floor and get alternative sizes myself. ended up leaving without buying anything. I visited the store a few weeks ago and had received friendly service and help buying a dress for a dinner party. The women who served me that day was very attentive but did make a comment along the lines of "You look beautiful in that dress, earlier today another girl tried it on but her tummy fat was squeezing out the cut out and it looked bad" which ultimately made me feel as she or other staff members would judge MY body in a similar way. Completely out of line and not the kind of attitude that a progressive womens fashion brand should strive for. Will not be shopping there anymore sorry."
"I purchased a few items and had specifically asked for a top that would be the match for the trousers I was trying and they did not offer this item to me, even though I had specifically asked if they could check what the brand had matched this with on their catalogue. I found it later, on their instagram page and had to travel back there to purchase it! I will shop at the other branches due to the lack of knowledge or customer care at this branch. They also did not wrap any of the delicate items I had purchased in a tissue paper and I simply had to ask for this basic service!"
