"First time my daughter and I have ever been into a Kooki store. Such a positive experience. Lovely helpful staff on a Sunday afternoon. The lovely staff member even helped find a larger size and arranged for it to be held at another store. Will definitely visit again when needing special occasion wear."

"Wouldn’t write this if it was a one off, but this happens constantly every time Iam in store. Staff just stand around and gossip, not even a hello. I walk around with loads of clothes in my arms, Iam the only one in the store, and it takes them 10 mins to even help me. Just wishing for a more comfortable shopping experience."

"My go to store is Kookai.. I have shopped at this particular Kookai store twice now and coincidentally I have been looked after by Sofia. She goes above and beyond in customer service, so genuine and kind wow!! Both times she has taken control in what she believes would look good on me. she does an incredible job with making me feel super confident in my purchases which ultimately make me feel confident with my body/shape. Can’t thank her enough !!!!!"

"The girls who work there are friendly - are happy to help you out, or leave you to your own devices if need be - and the clothes both comfortable and very good quality. I'm always served with a smile, and the clothes are neatly folded and wrapped in tissue paper at no extra cost. The clothes are beautiful and stylish, and I often get compliments for them!"

"My daughter and I decided to have a look at Kookaï store a few weeks ago as she needed a top for her upcoming Christmas party, we went in and she tried a few styles and found the one but needed a bigger size but the one she tried was fine, just thought it would be good if there’s a size up. So while my daughter was in the fitting room went up to one of the assistance and mentioned that I’m looking for a bigger size and she looked at me like I’ve got no idea what you’re talking about and then replied “well, our sizes ONLY goes form 1-2!!!” VERY RUDLY! And here I am looking at this top like this could fit a 5yr old easily! In saying that my daughter is like a normal 16yr, tall and fit young women! What they’ve said had actually made her very upset thinking bc she couldn’t fit in size 2 Kookaï which means she’s fat, I mean she’s got tips from there and they all size 1 and I’m pretty sure this one was small made altogether. What I’m trying to pin-point here is this is a society that we live it now and it’s disturbing/ disgusting!!!! I would never recommend this shop as the girls very unfriendly/underweight/rude and their brain thinks that if anyone bigger than them, called obese... thanks to these ppl my daughter never wants to step in that store and have lost her self-steam. Absolutely revolting/disgraceful!!! NEVER recommend this plc for young, more healthier girls!!!!! :((((("
