"Bought a pair of shoes from here recently. There was an asian lady who was nice enough and serving good. In between , she finished her shift and there came a junkie looking lady who was rude from the beginning. My wife was just taking random videos of me trying shoes. She also took video of me paying and grabbing shoes from that lady. After that, the staff told us if we were taking video? We told yes! Then she was like delete the video coz she was not feeling comfortable and which is understandable and we deleted the video where her face was hardly seen. To the point, the way she told us that thing was as if we went there to get the shoes for free after paying $220. Totally understand some people might not be comfortable with it but her attitude felt me to throw that shoes right in front of her face. Lady! You can politely ask not to film you coz no one is interested! Been customer of windsorsmuth for 8 years with nearly 10 pairs of shoes, this time i felt so humilated and worthless customer. If anyone from their management is reading this, every customer deserve to be served with respect."

As the shoes couldn't even wearable after one day, I wanted to return or exchange, but the staff said they don't do exchange or refund, as it's their company policy, unless it's a manufacturer fault. I asked how did you define manufacturer fault, and the girl couldn't even answer. Not a friendly customer service at all, they don't care, once they sold, they think the job is done. I am very disappointed with this sort responsibility, now I have to throw the shoe away."

"I purchased boots from this store and after about a month of wearing them, the sole started to peel off. I was told my head office that I had to repair it myself. After three months of wearing them, the leather has cracked and eroded in different places on the boots. Head office said it was not a manufacturing fault after the Miranda store manager thought that it would be as she could see from the boot that it had lost a lot of its quality. Head office has refused to look after its customer time and time again. Don't buy from Windsor Smith. They have poor customer service (the Miranda store staff are lovely. Head office are very dismissive), and their men's boots quality are very poor. Head office has not responded to my last email."

"Bought shoes here and the heel started to peel off from the shoe. They argued that it wasn't a manufacturing fault and that it was wear and tear. Two weeks after wearing the shoes and the heel starts to fall off. Call head office and they said I should just fix it myself. Why should I they are 2 weeks old and wasn't fit for purpose?? These have been the worst shoes ever and will not be shopping here anymore you would be better off throwing your money down the toilet. The customer service is Nil. buying shoes from here would be wasting your money you'd be better off going to Target or BIG W. Do not shop here you have been warned."
