"Was in the shop looking around for at least 30min there were 3 sales assistants working, 1 swept around me didn’t even smile or talk to me. When I was close to the counter 1 of the girls was to focused on what she was going to wear to an event that night rather than assisting other people. The service was disgusting and I went into the change rooms to try on items but ended up just leaving them in there due to the lack of service! This was on Saturday afternoon maybe talk to your staff about there jobs!"

"Hi Forever New. I went into your Miranda store this morning to request a refund/exchange of an online order I made after the 11th of March as per the guidelines below. My request was denied. Not sure what the worker’s intention was (racism?) because the customer in line behind me was given the refund that she asked for. I was going to make a scene but my mum pulled me away because she didn’t want to be embarrassed on Mother’s Day. I know it’s cliche to say this, but I am a loyal customer of Forever New for years, possibly even a decade. More than once I have taken advantage of the $50 gift card offer with an annual purchase of more than $500. I guarantee after getting a coat and a couple of jumpers, I WILL NOT be shopping at Forever New anymore."

"If there was an option to rate 0 I would . The staff at Miranda were really rude, deceitful and unhelpful. I will definitely be taking my experience further with their head office. I wanted to return a pair of pants due to change in style compared to the ones I usually buy. Tags were with me and can be attached easily with a special gun they have. I had the receipts and all tags with me and both ladies were so rude about it. The refused to listen to me and give me a refund which I did am entitled too. They also lied and called another employee telling she was a manager yet she was standing at the change rooms the entire time! They made fun of the situation!!!! Disgusting customer service, definitely taking this further!!! I called the bankstown store and the girl was so helpful and Left a note for me to go in and get my refund."
