"After visiting the Zimmermann section in David Jones where the sales assistant didn’t greet or offer assistance. I went to the store to see if I could find the item I was looking for. When entering the store there were two sales assistance standing at the desk. The store has one other customer in the changing room. Neither of them greeted/acknowledged after I walked into the store even when they had made eye contact. As I looked around they offered no assistance. Very disappointed with both experiences."

"Wow the service is bad here. There were 5 or 6 staff standing around chatting about their personal lives, not one of them knew the answers to my questions about a dress I tried on. Clothing has become ridiculously priced and made overseas. There is no service in this store and staff are really unhelpful."

"I came in here last week, I was the only customer and tried on some dresses. There were quite a few girls working, they were chatting to themselves at the counter. I needed a different size in one garment and no staff member was attentive, the service here was shocking. I noticed the garments are made in China, not Australia. I found the service terrible and the garments overpriced especially as they are made in China. I overheard the staff saying ''is she even go to buy anything'', I could not believe my ears and walked out to spend my money with a different brand with wonderful service. Will not return to this store, the staff left a terrible impression."

"I recently had an amazing experience at Zimmermann Miranda. In store I was looked after Claire and Grace, Grace remembered my husband who purchased a gift voucher for me a few weeks earlier and went out of her way to kindly greet us. I was made to feel welcome and was offered assistance and time to look at their beautiful stock. The store was clean and beautifully kept. I was looked after by both Claire and Grace throughout my first visit and was listened to and offered great advice for how to style the pieces. Claire went out of her way to order in another piece for me in another size and put absolutely no pressure on me to purchase that item if it wasn't right for me. I was promptly contacted when the item came in store and had a lovely second experience in store. The girls offer a light, fresh and fun experience in store. I purchased a gorgeous dress from the girls at Zimmermann. The company should feel so happy to have them representing their brand in store."
