"The way I was treated by one of your "mature" shop assistants yesterday left me feeling upset, and I believe should be exposed publicly. I have a neurological disorder, which means I cannot move quickly from side to side, or turn around quickly. As I browsed through the store, your shop assistant approached me four times in total, and asked me to move out of her way. As I could not move quickly, she used an intimidating tone of voice to urge me to move. The final straw that made me leave, was when I was in the change room leaning against the side talking to another customer and your shop assistant came rushing up to me again and told me to move as she wanted to tie back the curtain of the change room. As I was talking, I didn't respond immediately, so she tried to bully me again by pressuring me to move with an intimidating tone of voice. I cannot understand why she could not take a different path or do something else instead of bullying me around the store. I am sorry to say that I do not feel comfortable entering your Miranda store again, and will not be returning if she is present."

"Had a mooch around in here today. Portmans have some lovely items in their Spring Summer range. There are some gorgeous dresses in store which are very feminine and elegant. Lots of colour and softer fabrics. Good for day wear through to evening. Worth a looksee."
