Salesperson provided 2 phone numbers where no one is answering and did not help in anyway. I wish I have read reviews before originally buying from them"

"Flew from Brisbane to come INSTORE in Miranda today to return an dress and the 2 girls working had TERRIBLE customer service. Neither of the girls greeted myself of my mum, nor did offer any help or assistance. My mum had to go and get sizes for me while I was in the Changeroom. The workers stood behind the counter with their phones out talking about Lashes. The dress I was returning, aswell as the other items I tried on for my exchange were terribly sized. Nothing is sized correct for a woman’s body and doesn’t fit like it should."

"Purchased a cardigan online which I absolutely loved the look of, but when it arrived it was a TOTAL different colour to what they had advertised online. Unfortunately then I got stuck with a credit note. Ridiculous that they don’t offer refunds for items that look completely different to what they actually are. False advertising as far as I’m aware. Very annoying!! Would not recommend buying from them or especially not to buy online. Could be a better option to possibly shop in store so you can see what you are purchasing in person to ensure you are happy with it."

"I had been seeing adds on fb reg this company. So I decided to visit the store rather than ordering online. I made effort to travel one and an half hour just to visit this shop. I went there yesterday around 11:30ish in Miranda Store in Australia. Worst customer service ever. Two staff were too busy in talking and giggling all the time from this spot of the the shop to other. They did not look up once to acknowledge anyone in store. There was a dress I was interested in but I bought it elsewhere after the lack of service here. We were in here for over 15 minutes and weren’t acknowledged, unacceptable. Definitely not recommend this company."

"Ordered my dress and it was shipped next day. Unfortunately, due to no fault of theirs, Aust Post decided to send it on a tour of Australia so it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted G & H and they were on to it and very apologetic. Service was great. The quality of my dress is very good and I thought reasonably priced. I would use them again."
