"Staff were friendly. The shoe measuring machine seemed pretty fancy. I only give 3 stars though because both my feet measured a size 8 yet I was told a size 9 would be best and now I regret spending $250 on size 9 shoes because they're far too big."
"My mum went in this afternoon and experienced terrible customer service. She had to repeat herself several times and after 20 minutes of frustration, she left empty handed. The staff didn’t even know the correct information to tell her. We won’t be returning anytime soon. Note to management - please hire more polite and knowledgeable staff!"
"My mum and I went in looking for recommendations for our different needs of shoes. We were greeted by a very lovely and warm girl named Annalise who was very smiley and so so helpful. She pulled lots of different shoes for the both of us and explained the different benefits and downsides of each shoes in relation to our various injuries and sporting needs. Whatever she is being paid she needs to be paid more, the BEST customer experience I have ever had. I would recommend athletes foot at Miranda to all of my friends solely off this wonderful experience. My mum and I both left happy with a pair of shoes each and some socks to match! She built a great rapport with my 7yr old and found a school shoe she loved that fit really well, taking into account the extra support my daughters feet need. Very happy with the service at the store on a very busy day. Accepted my Back to School vouchers easily too."
