Betts 1538 Condamine Street, Brookvale, New South Wales 2100

"The store was closed when I went there at 1015 (was supposed to be open at 10) so I left, I tried to call a few times, no answer, when I went back later it was open (staff member obviously late). The staff member was sitting behind the counter on her phone the entire time i was looking at shoes, she only got up if I went over to the counter to ask to try a pair on. She was friendly when I did ask her but remained seated the rest of the time on her phone, not really interested in helping unless asked. Very annoying opening late & not answering calls as I didn't know if/when they would open & in the meantime I had made a purchase elsewhere because i didn't think I'd be able to access Betts. I bought the ones I wanted from Betts but couldn't return the others due to being on sale. Expensive day could have been avoided if Betts were open on time or answered my calls."

"February 25, 2017 Saturday 4:30pm. Ive been to Betts kids Westfield Warringah mall this afternoon and asked the store attendant for other size 9 kids shoes. She looked at me from head to toe and went inside. She came back and giving me size 10 which bigger what i requested. I told her that really big and it will not fit to my son.But she stated thats the only size left and she threw the box in the floor. I had another a look for different style of shoes while she attending other customer. Ive waited until she become available to help us. I ask the lady if she can have a look for size 9. Again she looked at me and replied "do you know that i am shutting in couple of minutes! in very loud tone voice towards me in front my kids. I still politely apologise to her and told her its ok and don't worry about it. But she replied again "GOOD!!"in very rude voice. Ive got pissed off on her behaviour towards us and I told her she should tell us in a polite manner dont need to b rude. I do understand that she had a very long day and wanted to finish but after us she still serving customers. Unfortunately , I didn't get her name but she's old( maybe 50-60 years old)and very grumpy. Ive been buying my kids shoes in this store for a such long time and Its my first time to encountered such a bad, rude and impatience customer service. This Old lady should not working on retail if she doesn't want serve customer. Betts kids had really good store reputation and this kind of employee will decrease your customer in the future."
