"Thumbs down to the short girl with glasses working at this store. I asked to have a security tag removed from a hat momentarily , so that I could try on before purchasing. We were told “no I’ve tried hats on before with it”. Idiotic. The tag was placed on the inner rim of the hat which dug into your head and didn’t allow to test the fit. This was not a cap but a more expensive felt broad brimmed hat."
