“I absolutely recommend this vets, receptionist is lovely and the vet that I saw took such good care of my cat and was actually interested in my concerns and spent the time needed with him and they were so gentle when giving him his yearly vaccination. I use to go to The Vet Lounge Coomera before this but I will never go back there as they don’t really care they just want ur money and to be as quick as possible. This will be my new favourite vets to take my babies to as they are so caring and take their time and the prices are so affordable compared to the one I use to go to.”

“I love coming here, not only for the wide range of pet supplies but also because you never know what to expect when you arrive. They always have kittens, puppies, guinea pigs, ducks, geese, mice, rats and everything else in between. We even got out little puppy from here - it’s a great place to brighten up your day.”

“Really happy with Donna from Beyond Boarding Pet Sitting Services! Donna helped me out of a bind over Christmas time… i was a new customer and she was fully booked however she went out of her way to squeeze us in and accommodate our Bearded Dragon Bruno! Whilst Donna was not very familiar with caring for Bearded Dragons she quickly learnt and followed us up with questions whilst we were away rather than just leaving him! She was wonderful with his care and he remained happy which is important with temperamental bearded dragons! Will happily use her service again ☺️”

“We have spent an absolute fortune here over the past year on saving our dogs life twice. I can honestly say it is worth every penny. Everyone here are caring, sympathetic, empathetic and excellent at their job. They looked after our dog like he was their own. Everyone got to know him or of him and as much as he hates leaving us for a stay there. I think he loves them too. We rest easy knowing he is in the best hands and getting THE very best of care. Highly recommend this place. This is him 2 days after major surgery.”

“We absolutely love this place! They clean our baby so well. His nails get trimmed to a good length. His ears cleaned out properly and his coat washed so well. he has minimal shedding for weeks! The smell of the shampoo they use is wonderful. We can smell it in his coat for the following 2 weeks! The ladies are all very friendly. You must book though for a weekend especially as they get really busy! By the way, I made the appointment via their website, very easy to book as you can see the slots of each day. You will get an email after finish your booking, remember to add that to your calendar hhh”

Our dog Snoop has been going here since we adopted him in a couple of years ago and every experience we've had with them has been fantastic. “Our dog Coco has gone to Country Stay a couple of times now, and we were so nervous about leaving her there initially, but there was no need to worry. The team out there are caring and calm people who have made the experience easy. Gary took his time to great Coco and she just took to him straight away. While she's still initially nervous, they look after her like one of their own and she comes home happy and energetic. Thoroughly recommend this team.”

We have had need to utilise their services several times and they go above and beyond expectations each time. Daily photos and texts to provide updates and were very patient with our very stranger phobic cat. “I am SO HAPPY we found Fetch and that it's just down the road. Our 1yr old boxer had such a great time and came home, happily exhausted, calm and content. The entire process from researching whats offered via their website to making a booking, drop off, pick up and communications during his stay was easy, professional and put my anxious dog-mum mind to rest. Niamh was great to deal with, the facilities are impeccable and the little touches (like the digital 'postcard' on the first night and the goodie bag on departure) show how much passion is put into this business.
