“What a fabulous place tucked away in the heavenly Tweed hinterland. Thanks to my cousin who found this gem and booked us in for a couple of days, her treat for Darcy. We were welcomed so warmly and every effort was made to make sure human needs were taken care of. The best thing was letting Darcy roam off leash the whole time. He was in his happy place for sure. The gardens are so peaceful and overlook fabulous views of the coast. Will definitely find our way back here again soon.”

“My cat Oskar spent over a week in Cabarita Pet Resort and came back alive, in one piece and in a great physical and mental condition :D showing no signs of any stress or discomfort at all. What else the owner needs?? ;) It was his first boarding experience and of course I worried a lot. But no doubt The Cabarita Team does a great job! I couldn’t appreciate you guys enough for looking after Oskar and being extremely helpful and friendly!! It was a pleasure to deal with you guys :) Would highly recommend your services and will definitely come back again! Thank you!”

“This hotel is great, the pool and sauna are a great way to cool off in the sun and warm up after a surf. The rooms are really spacious and have an epic view plus a pretty large balcony perfect to watch the waves and sunset. But what really makes this place so good is the staff. Everyone in reception has been so friendly and kind. But who stood out the most is Mary, she's so friendly and very helpful. I had some car troubles one night and needed to borrow a screwdriver to fix something, I told her this and she went above and beyond and got me in contact with a personal contact she had to come and help fix my car. I am so thankful for her as she didn't have to do this to help me but she did out of the kindness of her heart and in turn alleviated so much stress I had about having car troubles and being 3+ hours away from my mechanic. When an establishment has staff like her who care about their patrons and go above and beyond it really shows the quality of the place and the care that they have for their guests. 11/10!!”

“Could not get better, more accomodating staff and crew. We had the luxury of performing at their amazing theatre and you could not fault the service of the staff, sound and lighting crew. Settled in a premium location, I never wanted to leave. I hope to be back with family for a holiday, so I can enjoy my time more than the time allocated amongst our tour schedule.”

“Nice Hostel in Coolangatta. It was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. When I was there a Trivia Night and a Family dinner were organized. All in all a very positive atmosphere there. To get to the city it's a 30-40 minutes walk but it is beautiful along the beaches.”

“What a wonderful stay at Hamptons Hinterland Retreat. A beautiful home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to accommodate a big group. A very comfortable house to just “be”. All the mod cons and amenities you could possibly want or need: air con, coffee maker, Foxtel, swimming pool.... wrap around balconies on both levels, lush gardens, beautiful outlook, private and serene. We absolutely loved our girls trip away with all sorts of brilliant add-ons - Massage, art class, nurture circle, catering, yoga... Just HEAVEN!”

“We had a lovely apartment on the top floor with a stunning beach view! It was clean and spacious and quiet (no schoolies in sight! Bonus!) and close to everything we needed! Also manager was lovely and friendly! Thank you!”

“Great experience. Early check in online was quite easy. Facilities were clean and obviously cleaned on a regular basis. One thing that could probably make things easier: 1) Our booking was site KB-039. The map doesn’t show any reference to ‘KB’ and there are two sites numbered 39. We initially went to the wrong site.”

“The room we had on level 21 was great with 270 degree views from the mountains to the sea and north to Surfers Paradise. A really large apartment and well appointed and modern. The basement parking was tight and hard to navigate with a large car but they weren't all like that. The building arrival access was a bit tough as we had to park, get a shopping trolley to load our bags and then push it through the basement carpark and up a ramp to get to the elevators. But a small inconvenience for a great stay.”

“You could not enjoy a delicious meal and a an ice cold beverage at a more spectacular place with a view. The hotel motel is just such a great place all round. The staff there are very warm and welcoming,polite and very happy to answer any questions you may have about the surrounding area. Great food and very decent price and a great menu to cater for all ages. Great indoor and easy visible kids entertainment area with lots to keep them busy. Outdoor eating and drinking areas where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view from different aspects and the garden area and all of the the surroundings of the building are kept immaculate.”

“My husband and I stayed here after attending a wedding at Summergrove. We were blown away how private and peaceful it was. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the enormous bathtub - it was the perfect place to unwind and plenty roomy enough for 2. The deck was also a highlight - it was truly magical to be able to watch the waterfall while we ate and sipped our wine. We will definitely be back!”

“Loved our one night stay here. Reception staff lovely. Room clean and nice touch with a welcome lolly bag , water bottles and bath salts. Bed comfy. Towels soft. Laundry and pool facilities available. But most of all it’s the best location for a morning beach walk to see the sunrise, surfers and whale watching all without having to get the car. Note. Parking is on first in best dressed basis but there is free street parking nearby if you miss out.”

“A wonderful establishment, safe, quiet and very comfortable with all you may need provided. Welcoming and helpful staff made my stay the most pleasant to date in tweed. Great value for money. “Did an online booking,very quick and easy for this well priced room.On after hours arrival the service to get the room key was so easy. Free parking onsite. The room is spacious clean with fresh linen and bath towels. You have a shared balcony you can step out onto.The small entrance kitchenette is perfectly spaced and equipped with toaster microwave barfridge kettle and coffee and teas. In a hidden cupboard is ironing facilities. The bathroom is clean and comes with a hairdryer soaps and shampoo. This room would easily accommodate a family of four although for us it was a room for a couple. There is a lovely pool onsite as well. In all this place is clean and well maintained and g8 value for money.”
