“It's hard to leave your furbaby for an extended period of time. You constantly worry about them and it just about ruins your holiday. You hear all the horror stories of pet-boarding, that dogs come back different. We have always been hesitant but we booked Mister Pickles into the Resort upon recommendations from friends. We were told if anyone was going to love him as much as we did, it would be Kevin and his team. They were right. Mister Pickles went for day care to familiarise himself with the Resort. He loved his two daycare days prior to his stay over Easter. We dropped him off and Jenny reassured us that she would take good care of him. I didn't worry about him once, I saw the photos posted on Facebook and knew he was having a good time. He didn't whimper or cry when we picked him up. We could tell he had a great time with his new friends. He didn't come back broken or different. He came back happy. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Kevin, Jenny and the team at Ontilt Pet Resort. Thank you so very very much. “Caroline has been grooming my Cavoodle since he was a pup. She is patient and taught him his manners for the grooming table. He is ALWAYS excited to see her and looks (and smells!) amazing when I collect him. Total thumbs up for this superstar groomer!”

“I highly recommend this place. I was worried to leave my grey hound as he is highly anxious and was having some issues with his gut health however when I picked him up he was sooooo happy and they even washed his bed after he had pooped on it. The staff would have been so attentive as the way they described him was was exactly how he is at home. The owner (I think she was the owner) was also so lovely. She gave me lots of helpful advice and was willing to answer millions of my annoying questions! I will definitely be rebooking my boy back in for future stays.”

“We've left both our dogs on numerous occasions with val and Geoff, knowing they were in great hands of people that love pets and give them all the attention they need while apart from their owners. This time was the first time penny had to go in on her own because we had to lay bella to rest .I was anxious of leaving her as both our little dogs were rescues and without Bella with her I thought she might feel lost and neglected, but as always Geoff straight away makes you feel at ease with his gentle giant approach and how he talks and loves the dogs, which I've seen with everyone's dogs there. Highly recommend this resort for that reason and the friendliness of both Val and Geoff. Great work guys it's worth the 45-1hr drive up to you. Chris and Lesley”

“I spoke to someone there that someone recommended from Perth reptiles they have a huge supply and often have rats and mice on a Tuesday after 1pm recommend to be there on time they sell quick.”

“Excellent top level service and outstanding care for your loved furry ones. Great luxury accommodation and large play areas. Zelda and her team are so friendly and professional with excellent communication, with daily photo and video updates. Location is near freeway exit, grounds are beautiful and green, and buildings are well kept and so clean. There is no where as good as this and it's highly recommended.”

“I had Dr Sam Loughridge to treat my rabbit. He is natural animal person as my rabbit went up to him straight away. He did a great job explaining the issue and was very gentle and understanding with my pet. I find some vets to be a bit rough / cold but Sam is exceptional with animals. I fully recommend Sam to anyone with rabbits and probably all other small animals. On the downside the appointment was 20m late and I felt the fees were a little on the higher side ( as an example the 24hr pet vet was cheaper for a consult at 2am in the morning ) but I guess you also get what you pay for, the 24hr vet didn't solve the issue or have the ability to flush tear ducts. So overall if you want an exceptional vet for unusual animals to solve complex medical issues this is the best place I have found in Perth.”

“We experienced our first time leaving our two dogs in a boarding facility through Northern Suburbs Pet Chalet. Terry and Sue are lovely people and very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable leaving my babies with them. I highly recommend as our dogs were well looked after and I have no doubt had lots of fun. We will definitely be using NSPC again!!”

“After reading a post on Facebook asking for recommendations for a groomer that is willing to groom snappy and anxious dogs and reading the recommendations for Little Angels Pet Grooming I decided to reach out to this business and make a query about the grooming for my Maltese/ Foxterrier who I have been home grooming for sometiem due to him being snappy and overly anxious. Angel was very friendly and responded to my messages promptly she answered all my questions and was happy to make a booking and give my dog a go. Our first groom was today my dog went in looking homeless well not quite but you could definately notice he was home cut. Angel was friendly professional and managed to give my boy a really good groom. Whilst Angel didnt manage to do his whole face this time I truly believe over time she will be able to as I am so impressed with the groom given considering I know how snappy, anxious and doesnt keep still. We will be back 6 weekly I highly recommend this lovely lady and small business. Thank you so much - Cherie”

We were referred to them some time ago for our Raw Food needs for our 2 Boxers when we weren't happy with a previous supplier, and we are so thankful that we found these guys. “At first I was hesitant as I don’t do a lot of online shopping and have never gone through Direct Pet Supplies Perth before however, after reading the reviews I was a bit more at ease especially with Darren emailing back asap (I had a lot of questions as well) I decided to go ahead with my purchases and although I lived outside the area for delivery I was able to pick up at my convenience to which I didn’t have an issue with. I would absolutely 100% recommend DPSP for all your pet requirements.”

They helped us change to a WA based dog food that is way fresher and healthier than the previous type we used. Absolutely recommend”
