“I was in the area riding scooters with my son - however I do not live locally - I popped into the store just to have a sticky beak and was "Wow'ed" by the excellent customer service of staff member William. Got home after our scooter ride and drove back to the store later that afternoon to pick up some additional fish for our tank. Could not recommend the store highly enough.”

Today myself and my partner had visit take the turn for the worst, and could not have possibly asked for a better team to be in charge of ours and our pets care. We’d love to acknowledge the entire teams hard work and dedication, and also give a particular warm thanks and appreciation to Maddie who looked after us today. Her ability to not only show care and compassion to our animal, but also to us as owners was outstanding. “I took my two little rescue dogs here when their coats had gotten out of hand. Eden was so gentle and caring, making the best of what can be a stressful event for them. She also gave me advice on how to look after them properly. It’s worth driving an hour to take them where I know two scared little dogs will be looked after.”

“The hotel was fairly easy to find. Room was nice and clean. Check-in was easy. Only complaint is that there's no parking; you have to park on the street, but the parking meter starts at 7am! Which makes the 10am check-out time somewhat pointless. Other than that, the stay was good.”

“The customer service from an Australian Male Attendant with blonde hair at Reception was excellent, I didn't get his name.The TV was connected to Wi-Fi was cool & awesome. Room#40 from room to beds to amenities were awesome, nice view from the balcony towards BNE city. There was something about room#40, maybe the staff door near room#40, squinch at night like someone walking along that staff door past 2am to 4am. I prayed during our stay and felt good.But, at the end of my check out on 14/04/23 the Chinese young lady at Reception was rude,her customer service approach was not pleasant all, I did not get her name. Anyway, good stay,we rested very well.Thank you Annerley Motor Inn.”

“Fantastic place! We were able to get in at last minute on Boxing Day. My dog desperately needed a bath and blow dry after rolling around in the mud and he was transformed into a very dapper and dashing boy after his bath and blow dry! Really couldn’t be happier, I look forward to visiting again and I highly recommend! :)”
