"I've purchased 3 budgies from here and they've all had illnesses which my avian vet said they've had since they were babies. Just had to get my budgie put to sleep due to a parasite passed on from it's parent and my whole flock had to be treated as well. I did like this store but won't be purchasing animals from here anymore. Very upsetting."

"I normally love this store but tonight was not very good. I came to the store exactly at 5:29pm I know they closed at 5:30 but I could see a staff member inside. The doors were already shut. I wasn’t going to buy anything but had a question to see when Hannah would be working next as she gave me some advice for my dog and the last 2 days of me coming here she hasn’t been there. The staff member from the inside said “we re closed” I said, I know but I just have a question…to which he yelled..” we re closed”. I get it…it’s 5:30pm on the dot and god forbid you would answer one question from a loyal customer of 2 years. Even though I wasn’t buying anything. I waited and another staff members came out as they were leaving and I asked when Hannah would be working and he told me. It was that simple. I understand that companies don’t need to open up for a customer coming late but I wasn’t trying to buy anything and after I had said..”I just have a question” to shut me down and walk away rudely is disappointing. Work on those customer service skills while I take my business elsewhere"

"The widest selection of pet goods I’ve seen in a good while. Not only do they cater to regular pets, but also have so much for more ‘exotic’ animals. I’m not usually one for live animals in shops but you can tell they really look after them and push for responsible pet ownership - not just impulse buys. Their infographics and of course staff are so helpful with accurate and essential knowledge. Will be visiting again :)"

"Not the BEST store ever, but definitely better than majority pet stores around my local area. Visited last week to get a baby bearded dragon, staff are very friendly and open to providing help. Advice is fairly knowledgeable other than a few things that are slightly incorrect. Remember to do your OWN research, don't purely listen to the advice of staff members, even if it is correct! Tanks seem clean and in good condition over than the small beardie tanks with a lot of co-hab'ing - however I was super impressed with how large and well done the blue tongue skink enclosure was. Highly recommended if you're looking for a store with decent quality animals & good (enough) advice. The beardie I chose was in excellent condition which shows something. He's settling in nicely, being active, eating a sufficient amount daily, still stressed but I only had him for a week so far. Some pictures..."
