Destiny RV Resort

"Sites are large and spacious, the resort is beautiful. But best of all the service is excellent and they really go out of their way to try to help the traveler. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"This place is so nosey sounds like your in a damn airport parking lot. Planes taking off one after another. Lots full timers making noise starting at 4 AM heading to work. Spots are tight in width and length as well.. if you want a quiet place this is NOT IT. pool was nice travelers were friendly. Water pressure sucks"

"Had a hard time finding a RV Park that wasn't 55+ in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix area that had wi-fi. Goodyear is located 35-40 mins West of the area I wanted but right off I-10 so easy to get to where I needed to be. I stayed in a Standard spot #57. No shade but a nice asphalt parking pad and concrete pad with picnic table and gravel separating the 3 spots in the area. It was near the dog area. Which were two small fenced gravel areas. And about 2 rows from the middle bathrooms and dumpsters. Further up is the laundry, pool, and front office. The office closes at 4pm. I arrived just after 4:30pm. They have a guard at the gate who assists arrivals after the office closes. Unfortunately, they didn't advise that I needed a key to utilize the showers/bathrooms. So, the next day when I walked up there they were locked. I walked to the office but it was closed. I spoke to the guard (a different one from the day before) who told me about the $20 deposit needed for a key. I didn't have my wallet on me so I couldn't get the key. I told him I was at 57 so if he made his rounds to stop. Later the gentleman Mike came around and I got the key. The wi-fi was very spotty but was able to work slowly so slightly frustrating. The wi-fi actually went out my last night and was still out in the morning. I called the office about it but the phones are connected to the internet so they weren't working. I ended up walking up to the office to find out it was some issue outside the park possibly something was hit. Inside the office though, there is a store with snacks, rv supplies, beverages, postcards and such as well as an adorable tortoise named Skittles. The pool area is nice, the laundry area has a ton of washers and dryers. The bathrooms are clean and showers decent. They say there are recycle bins by the dumpsters but I only found 2 dumpsters at least in the middle area. If one was for recycling it was not clearly marked and both were being used for garbage. I did find a paper recycling by the dog area. All and all the park is ok and would stay again if need be. The sunsets are pretty with the mountain backdrop."

"Pros: easy access off the hwy, easy pull through sites, gate w/code and lots of camera for security, reasonable price for the area. Fenced dog runs with cleaning supplies, delicious oranges right off the trees. Cons: Really run down (gross) showers...bathroom half of the building has been redone. Womens showers had DIRTY floor drains, shower hardware is not attached to the wall with gaping holes (see pictures) that made our family very uncomfortable due to privacy concerns...what's behind those big holes? Had dedicated "laundry room" parking spots but in the 3 hrs we came and went 3 vehicles stayed parked in the same spots and the laundry room was not full of people. Also at least 1/3 of the machines weren't in working order...screens said "in use" while they were open and empty all day."

"We were extremely pleased. Very clean RV resort. RV sites are large, clean & the cement pads for RV are great! Only recommendation would be to upgrade dogs areas. Couldn't figure out how to add pictures... but we got some really beautiful ones. We stayed October 20 to October 27, 2022."
