"Sad to say I can't give 5 star review. The installation of the wood floors was 5 star but communication with the office was AWEFUL! They didn't show up when I was told they would begin, they ran out of wood before installation was complete, it took several phone calls to get a plumber to reinstall our sink and then there was the billing. After 2 weeks they finished on a Saturday. I received the final invoice on Thursday evening. On Friday I received 3 phone calls, while working, and then they sent someone to our house to collect. WHAT? That was so ridiculous. I paid them that day on line and told them to lose my number. I had additional work I wanted done, as well as, many friends and family but we'll be looking elsewhere."
