"I walked in to ask some questions about possibly leasing an apartment I spoke with Mariah one of the leasing consultants she gave me really good information on the apartments a 2 bed 2 bath is what I was questioning and what was available at the time . Her costumer service was excellent she was very friendly and really made me feel like this is somewhere I want to live and call home. Good communication and very kind . Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a staff member, who graciously took the time to show us around, including a detailed tour of a 3 bed/2 bath unit. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness, modern finishes, and welcoming atmosphere of the unit. What stood out to us were the thoughtful amenities tailored to enhance resident life. The property boasts dog-friendly grass areas complete with disposal bags—a thoughtful touch for pet owners. Additionally, the community pool and hot tub offer a perfect oasis for relaxation, while the outdoor seating area and gym cater to both leisure and fitness needs. Throughout our visit, it was evident that the property is meticulously maintained, reflecting a high standard of care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered, making us feel valued and well-informed. Compared to other properties we've visited, this one truly stands out for its combination of excellent amenities, pristine condition, and the exceptional service provided by its staff. "I have not lived anywhere longer than 2 years in the past 10 years until now. I absolutely love it here! Going on 3rd year with zero complaints. It’s quiet & I love having direct access to the trail. Grounds are kept nice & clean along with the gym & the pool. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance & they fix things very quickly. Most cozy place I’ve lived."
