"We ordered a giant size sandwich to split with 2 kids and 2 adults and the Jimmy John's assistant manager refused to cut our sandwich in to 4 pieces. We have been going to this location for over a year and have always been accommodate. Apparently it's their new policy. STUPID to say the least. We are getting an overpriced sandwich and they can't even cut it ! On top of it, their lemonade tastes watered-down. Will not be returning. Stupidity Can not be fixed."
