"Please don’t rent a truck from budget. I was suppose to pick my truck up on 6/27/19 and I’m moving to Florida from Iowa. They called me on 6/26/19 telling me they don’t have a truck for me like it was ok for me to accept that. I will never attempt to use budget truck rental again. Basically just left me hanging without a truck. Apologizing didn’t fix my problem you guys left me without a truck. And I was also told that just because you have a reservation don’t guarantee you a truck. If that isn’t the most ridiculous thing I heard. But you never have to worry about me again and I hope no one else rents from budget."
