"Left me waiting. Set a time and they called back and told me they couldn't get a tow until the next day.. I walked home in knee deep snow. Next morning walked back.. they never showed or called back. The city sent a tow truck.. this is the third time in a year triple a failed me.."

"2 days to get a tire changed. Unacceptable. To be told it was because of where we lived with few providers and high demand was an outright lie. There were problems with your system. So disappointed after being a member for 50 years. Will rethink membership at renewal time"

"Called in to inquire about international driving permits (IDP) and the person on the other line was friendly and helpful. Visited the next day and was helped immediately by a super friendly staff member who took care of the IDP. While there I decided to sign up for their membership and it's already helped me to get a discount on travel. They have a plethora of benefits that is covered by the membership fees and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a program that adds a level of protection in many travel related endeavors"

"I am a 70 yr old woman and have been a member for many years. I called to get a battery start on a vehicle I just bought and they refused to come out and jump it because it is a new vehicle without plates. I said I wanted to not get next years membership and now they have denied me access to the website even and I still have ten days left on my old membership. So not only am I stranded at home, have the flu and cannot drive to the doctor but I cannot even have the access to information on the website. I suggest you find another company to get road service from."
