"The man who took care of us seemed very unsure every step of the way. We specifically asked for a one-way trip, going as far as changing our miles and time to accommodate this. We specifically talked about and asked for the closest Cedar Rapids uHaul, when we unloaded and were ready to return, we noticed he had booked us for a round trip.Thid made my three hour drive into a six hour one, wasting my entire day. I don't understand why it's impossible to simply change the location of dropoff. I will be telling everyone I know to never come to this location. Do NOT come here. -J Gahagan"
