"When I called in to get my lab results, I followed the instructions on the automated message and pressed 3 for a nurse. A lady answered the phone (who I presumed was the nurse because I pressed 3). I started telling her that I was calling to get my lab results and she cut me off mid-sentence and very rudely said "You need to talk to a nurse." I told her that I pressed 3 to get to a nurse and that I have no way of knowing that she is not a nurse, unless she tells me. She transfers me to a nurse named Robin. Robin answers the phone with worse attitude than the first lady. Robin says "hello". I tell her I am calling for my lab results. She responds with "look them up online in our portal." I proceed to tell her that Dr.Forkner said someone would call me with my results and I have not heard from anyone. Robin asks me for my info to pull up my results then tells me "everything is fine". I tell Robin "No! I want to know each of my specific hormone levels and I want you to tell me if they fall within range, out of range, etc". Robin responds with a horrible attitude with all of my results. ROBIN NEEDS TO BE FIRED! She is not a representative of the typeof nurse that needs to be at any practice."
