"There's a man that sits or stands behind the pharmacy and don't even bother to greet the people when they come in , he looks like he doesn't want to be there, to even help people at all. And the so staff Tonya she's great the others need more training on customer service A.S.A.P. They also need to stop playing that ghetto music in a business as well. This pharmacy has NO CLASS and doesn't care about the people that comes in there either"

"The experience was HORRIBLE. I took the COVID-19 test there because it promised to give me the result between 24-36 hours which I needed for my trip. However, I never received the result and I have to pay a higher cost to take a fast test. I called two of their numbers, one didn’t help, the other never answered. Don’t advertise if you can’t come out the result within 36 hours"

"I went there on a Saturday morning to fill my kid’s prescriptions. They were helpful and fill the order in a timely manner. They informed me the prices so that I could make a decision. The store is not too big so it is easy to navigate. Unlike other pharmacies that we went to, there was not a long line in Valley Drugs when we were there. It was recommended to us due to the availability of items we needed. The staff even held the door open for us when I was pushing the stroller out. Very kind people! Thanks!"
