"I’ve tried this place a few times because it definitely has some fans. I find the bagels doughy and undercooked. They’re really lazy with the cream cheese application. This is the second time they got it wrong. I asked for plain once and I got veggie cream cheese. Today I asked for jalapeno cream cheese and got green olives. The staff does not have a friendly attitude either. I would not recommend. Cranford bagel is so much better."
"The bagel was great but the smell of this place kept me from eating inside. Yea they had seating available but the smell of food sticks to your clothes and they have enough ceiling fans that you would think they would turn them on but they didn’t and it didn’t seem to bother them so that’s says enough"
"Each time the experience was not to my liking. My bacon egg n cheese was SO SALTY I could not eat it! I felt sick from the salt! The young lady was answering the phones, taking orders and touching the food WITHOUT changing her GLOVES! YUCK. I will not go there anymore. I do not recommend AT ALL!"

"Some of these reviews are just ridiculous. This is a 5 star bagel spot. Some people are complaining that someone didn't say hi to them!!! No order your good food and go. It's that simple. These bagels are amazing. I used to drive to Matawan or NYC for a good bagel. No more. This is my spot for lox and cream cheese. They even offered me (1st time customer) a taste prior to buying. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND FRESH. I put it on a French toast bagel to pair sweet with the salty. I got there around 1:30pm and yes the bagels were still fresh and had just come out where as some shops keep their stale bagels out all day. I will be stopping here to get breakfast for my entire office next week!"
