"I just came here and noticed there was a big gap with no ice cream in the middle of my soft serve. Very unacceptable. I paid $9 for two bites of ice cream. I came with my sisters and there’s were all the same. Can’t charge that much and skimp out on portions, would’ve been better off going to a chain or Colonia dairy maid"

"The food taste good but it is apparent that they don't like black people. We have heavily patronized this business and we are left waiting for our order after many people come in after us and leave before us. I didn't realize it at first but now that it has been getting busy it became more apparent. The final straw was today when we were there and after everyone got their orders and left, only black people were in the store waiting for our orders. We won't be back."

"Updated: After hiking in this area, we decided to go back to the amazing store again. It is even better than I tried 2 years ago! They added more healthy items in their menu. Also the store is so clean. I tried the new bubble waffle this time. It was amazing!! I tried bubble waffle in China town before. I can tell you this one is way better than the one in NYC. ---------------- 2 years ago: I went to this store two days ago and ordered a tiramisu bubble float. It was SO GOOD! You need to try it!"

"Pretty cool concept to combine boba tea with ice cream. The price is pretty much on par with competitors. I would recommend a try if you're in the area! Some of the pearls are a bit hard & will catch you off guard. Customer service needs to be worked on."
